confusing home page

Hi! I was talking to some people and they say that our home page is confusing and that they dont ever know where anything is. I help whenever they ask but was wondering if we could have a tutorial started to help them learn the site better! Is this a bad idea? I think it might help get more people in here ...just a idea I was thinking about...Maybe something like the soundcheck help videos? Suggestions..? Thanks Chas
