drink water

water is the key... switch to water .. i buy bottled water and get it as cold as can be, i was addicted to cokes.. start small ...drink 1 coke in morn and then water.. i need the caffeine or i think i do.. but here lately with none i been doing great.. you just have to get used to the water.. if you can drink a bottle of water after breafast that will help to keep you full!

well i lost 45 lbs in hospital in 2 months n 9 days was happy but certainly not a good way to lose so trying to keep it off will be hard lol all we ate up there was chicken cheicken chicken was so sick of it lmao

wtg sherrie it certainly isnt as easy as people think it is ... im only going by what my dietian is telling me so im glad if it helps some of you ... chas 1 pop a day is good but  pop can real add the calories on ya hun try crystal light or 1 diet pop a day  get  rid of the pop  because pop adds weight quickly ... i had a fruit smoothie for breaky  and 1 fibre1 bar .... lunch is a toast whole wheat of course with lean turkey with a smidge of light mayo .. , supper is gonna be salad, 1 scoop of  sweet potatoes and vegies ... i use fresh or frozen  , then my snack be4 bed is gonna be a apple , make sure you get all the water in  least 6 to 8 glasses a day i slow my water down round 5pm try get in be4 that as i would be up all night going to bathroom lmao ... keep up the great work ladies

Today I had for breakfast......1/2 bowl of special K cereal and a banana.  Only allowing myself 1 pop a day ...which is gonna kill me...lol but I can do it...Thanks again Del for all the support and for making this on here....hugs chas

i found a notice from when i was sick last at docs with virus.. nov 19, and i have lost 6 pound since then.... i was wrong.. wow it is still falling off even tho i been pigging out  with the thanksgiving dinner.. i have along ways to  go tho.. i was a real fatty lol... 40 more i will be feeling good!!

awesome sherri so happy for you cuttin down n lots water makes a difference for sure .. i think treadmill  for me is working n the food dietian has me eating is doing just fine ... get a sugar test 2hour one on nov 1st n thyroid to see how all is doing  ... n more fibre in diet helps also :) keep up the great  weight loss gf proud of ya

i weighed today and have lost another 4 pounds  the weight is falling off me ..  that makes 28 pounds for me..the doctor will be happy .. and all i am doing is water .. and not eating as much ...i had a problem with cokes... not food

ok got weighed in today lost 2.4 lbs not as good as 9 days ago at 7.5 but still going down i'm smiling on any loss:) ... long as i dont gain im happy next weigh in is november 8th wish me luck all then another nov 15th with dietian ... does a happy dance

yogurt for breaky with fibre 1 in it .. with 3oz tomato juice low sodium .. luch wheat wheat bread n tuna with water n coffee using 1 sweetener n 2%milk .. supper is whole wheat spegetti homemade sauce , mushrooms, added vegies  ... water , tea, snack is apple n a kiwi ... water ... i weigh in on 25th ..

YOGURT FOR BREAKFAST WITH FIBRE 1 ON IT WITH 1 WHOLE WHEAT TOAST , WITH PEANUT BUTTER.. LUNCH JUST A SALAD .. SUPPER SMALL PIECE OF MEATLOAF LOTS VEGIES N 1 SWEET POTATO .. 3 WATER , 1 TEA PLAIN , 1 COFFE SWEETENER N 2%MILK SNAK 1 ORANGE , 1 APPLE HANDFUL OF GRAPES

ok breaky i had 1 whole wheat toast with peanut butter n 1 3 oz orange juice ..water and 1 coffee decaf with sweetener n 2% milk,  lunch having  vanilla yogurt raspberries n a v8 3 oz with a cheese stick mozzerella  n water with crystal light  ... supper will be lots vegies chicken breast and a salad with light dressing yum n snack will be  apple n water with crystal light
